The pie chart illustrates
percentages of four different kinds of transportation in Edmonton, and the
table shows people’s reasons for using the car in the city. Overall, it is
clearly seen that using private vehicle (car) becomes the largest
transportation and both bus and taxi are the lowest rate for using public
accommodation. We can also see that commute to work is the majority people’s
reasons for using car.
One of four different
transportations, specifically car, is noticeable as the highest majority of
accommodation by 45%. Other accommodations are LRT (Light Rail Transit), which
is completely used for Edmonton’s population at 35%. Furthermore, both bus and
taxi have been seen as the lowest percentages of the public accommodation at
10%.
According to the table,
Edmonton’s inhabitant, mostly, uses car for their accommodation to work and
business for each 55% and 45%. After wards, for 40% people use their own car to
pick up the children to school. Then, shopping and leisure activity reasons
become minorities at 15%. (170 words).
